Customer Acknowledgment
Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms and Conditions of Sale by the placement of an order to purchase a Product from Creative Mind Fine Art.
Right to Refuse
Creative Mind Fine Art has the right to refuse and not process any order received for merchandise. All sales are considered pending until accepted by Creative Mind Fine Art.
Purchase Price
(a) Prices are listed on Creative Mind Fine Art's web site, and are subject to change without notice.
(b) Creative Mind Fine Art collects sales tax for sales shipped to the State of New Jersey. Creative Mind Fine Art shall not be liable for handling or customs charges for shipments outside the United States.
Shipping Terms
Creative Mind Fine Art will arrange payment for shipping with the carrier, but such costs are the responsibility of Customer. For any products sold that are damaged, lost, or stolen by carrier in transit to Customer, an insurance claim must be submitted to the carrier, not to Creative Mind Fine Art. Creative Mind Fine Art is not responsible or liable for loss or resulting damage due to carrier's negligence or theft. Delivery times are estimates only and Creative Mind Fine Art shall not be liable for delays. Orders that are returned or refused will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

All Sales Made In New Jersey
All sales shall be deemed made in the State of New Jersey, USA, regardless of the location of the Customer. The Customer agrees that any dispute with Creative Mind Fine Art arising out of the Customer's purchase from Creative Mind Fine Art shall be brought by the Customer exclusively in the state or federal courts situated in the State of New Jersey; and the Customer hereby agrees that such venue is appropriate and that Creative Mind Fine Art's agreement to sell and deliver products to the Customer is dependent on this provision.
Exclusive Agreement
These Terms and Conditions of Sale represent the complete and final agreement between the Customer and Creative Mind Fine Art for the matters set forth herein, and shall be supplemented only by the prices, quantity, and descriptions set forth in Creative Mind Fine Art's invoice for the relevant sale. Terms contained in Customers' purchase orders, offers to buy, terms and conditions, and the like shall have no effect.
General
(a) These Terms and Conditions of Sale and any transactions made under them shall be interpreted by and be subject to the laws of the State of New Jersey. Should any dispute arise regarding this agreement, Customer consents to jurisdiction in the State of New Jersey and agrees that venue is proper in the County of Somerset. Customer agrees that the place of performance of this agreement is in the County of Somerset, State of New Jersey. Further, the prevailing party in any such dispute shall be entitled to costs including attorney's fees.
(b) In the event any section or portion of a section of these Terms and Conditions of Sale are deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that section or portion of a section shall be stricken from the Terms and Conditions of Sale, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
(c) Creative Mind Fine Art shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo.
(d) These Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified without notice by Creative Mind Fine Art.
These terms are to protect both the buyer and the seller in the event of a problem with your order. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Creative Mind Fine Art, please contact us so that we may remedy the situation.

Car Art Works automotive fine art prints have an approximate image size of 12 x 17 inches. The approximate overall paper stock size is 13 x 19 inches. The archival quality paper is one hundred percent cotton, acid free, hot press, fine art paper. It has a smooth, matte finish and has a weight of 205 gsm, with an ISO 93 brightness. These auto racing fine art prints are made with Canon wide format printers using archival inks. These fine art prints will last decades if stored properly. If displayed, they should be matted and framed under glass. Print longevity will be shortened when displayed. Never display a Car Art Works Motor Racing Fine Art print in direct or indirect sunlight.
